• Travel: No charge within 20 miles of Mission, TX. +$25 per additional 20 miles.
• Usage: Client marketing and internal use included. Portfolio use reserved unless agreed otherwise.
• Weather/Safety: Flights subject to safe conditions and FAA rules.
• Booking: 50% deposit to hold the slot. Free reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice.
Service Area:
We proudly serve the entire Rio Grande Valley. Whether your project is in a busy urban area or a remote rural location, we can capture it from above. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our coverage zone, send us an email with your address and we’ll confirm right away.
Availability:
We’re available year-round, seven days a week, for both scheduled and last-minute projects. All flights are subject to safe weather conditions—this means we may need to delay or reschedule in cases of high winds, rain, lightning, or other unsafe weather events. For any operations requiring FAA waivers (such as flying at night in certain areas, flying over people, or operating in restricted airspace), we require at least a 90 days notice so we can prepare and submit the necessary paperwork to the FAA for approval. Your safety, our equipment, and FAA compliance are our top priorities.
Contract:
We REQUIRE our clients to virtually sign our contract which will be presented after all planning of the shoot is completed and both parties agree.
Down Payment:
We also REQUIRE our clients to pay 50% of the total price so we can secure your shoot for the planned time and day.
